Parts refund policy

  • All helmets parts are final sale.
  • All clearance items are final sale.
  • All special, orders are non - returnable and non refundable, no exceptions.
  • Returns and exchanges may be made within 15 days of purchase, but all general merchandise returns are at departments discretion.
  • Refunds for cash purchases of $25 and under, w/tax, will be refunded by cash: all other cash refunds exceeding $25 will be check or store credit, as preferred by customer. 10-14 business day waiting period on all refund checks. 
  • Refund via credit, debit or gift card purchases will be refunded via by the same means of payment.
  • Patriot Harley Davidson does not accept merchandise from other Harley Davidson dealerships.
